Shipping
We currently ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and most European Union countries.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 5-days. Once dispatched, the usual delivery time is between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the destination.
During periods of high demand or special launches, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands). Shipping to the European Union costs 12 euros.
We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Launch offer
As part of the launch of its first collection, Bivalva offers a 10% discount using the promotional code WELCOME10. The promotion will be valid for the first 50 customers who complete a purchase in the Bivalva online store or until July 15, 2026, whichever comes first.
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes. Bivalva reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion in the event of technical error, fraud, or exceptional circumstances.

All payments are processed through secure platforms that guarantee the protection of payment data.
Bivalva does not store bank information or complete payment card data.

Quality and warranty
All Bivalva garments are inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an issue related to transport, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bivalva.com, indicating your order number and attaching photographs of the product.
Once the case has been evaluated, we will proceed with the corresponding replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
